Henry Gould has over 32 years of network infrastructure experience, 17 of which are business related. He previously served as Director of ICT operations at General Auditing Commission, Republic of Liberia; Telecommunication Analyst at Emory University; and Senior Technical Support Engineer at Nortel Networks, where he was responsible for the design, provisioning, testing and deployment of Optical Network across the United States, Caribbean and Canada. Henry is the founder and owner of Global Network Solutions LLC, a Georgia based Low Voltage Telecommunication company; and Managing Partner of Blu Technologies LLC. His role at AVC integrates all aspects of the organization’s strategic business development priorities. Henry holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University; and Bachelor’s degree in Technical Management from Devry University.
