Trony Clifton is subject matter expert with over 35 years in IT Audit, Cyber Security and Risk Management. 20 of which has been utilized as a professor, mentor and author in the above areas. Serving as Practice Leader for Mandem Inc., he has been responsible for advising and leading engagement teams in reviewing and deploying proper controls and resources in major financial institutions such as Bank of New York and Citi Bank for over 10 years to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk within the business environment. He continues to work closely with C-Level management to analyze, evaluate and enhance operations and information systems facilitating the business internal control process. As a trainer, instructor and mentor to individuals poised to enter the IT Assurance field, he continues to strive to equip professionals with the skill- sets and tools needed to excel in the CISA, CISM, CTPRP and CTPRA exams. His objective and goal as a trainer are to prepare professionals in the field of IT Assurance (Cyber, Risk and Audit) while instilling core ethics and values to perform IT Assurance job functions.
